Lines 1 and 2 are a review workout.

1. Ray joined with a group of five big men. Dave kicked the ice from the dirty deck.

2. Rosa went to lunch with six other women. Pat Pate ran quickley for last place.

How did you do on lines 1 and 2 the review workout? If you had to look at the keyboard to do the review then, you should do it again. Practice makes perfect.

SPEED AND ACCURACY GOALS

3. Judy and I went to the circus. We saw six trained lions and a trapeze act.

5. Jogging is good for you. Bev jogs every day except Sundays. Bev is a fast runner.

6. Bob can run 26 miles. He is training to run in a Marathon. I hope he will win.

7. Bev and Bob will need to pay $25 each to enter in the race. That will be $50 total.

8. Jim Ryan set a world record in the mile. He broke the mile record in high school.

9. Bill Rodgers and Frank Shorter Both were concidered the best marathoners in the 1970's.

10. It is said that running 4 miles every other day is very good for your heart and lungs.
