KEYBOARDING LESSON #31

REVIEW

Name:

Color Group:

Lines 1 and 2 are a review workout.

1. Ray joined with a group of five small men. Rosa went to lunch with six big women.

2. Cecil can play many numbers on my piano. Harvey broke his TV. Won't anyone help?

How did you do on lines 1 and 2 the review workout? If you had to look at the keyboard to do the review then, you should do it again. Practice makes perfect.

of the hill. Then they ski down.

3. Following this preview activity, the sentence is typed and repeated until it is called.

5. Encourage students to resist looking down at their keyboards or pausing.

6. Errors are expected. They are a part of the learning process.

7. It takes a lot of encouragement and assurance to keep the late bloomers from giving up.

8. Covering the keys discourages the habit of looking at the keys while typing.

9. Remedial drills are good practice material for the students to work on out of class.

10. Errors indicate particular problems that require remedial attention of some kind.

11. Keyboarding is a great opportunity to help young students learn their letters.

STRETCH YOUR SKILL

Excellent, how did you do? Can you keyboard without looking at your keyboard? If your answer is NO then, you should try again.
